Delete your Cloudlynk account
Use this page to permanently delete your Cloudlynk account and request deletion of the personal data associated with that account.
Before deletion
Account deletion is permanent and generally cannot be undone. Please save any files or information you wish to keep before continuing.
What will be deleted?
When your deletion request is completed, Cloudlynk will delete the account information and associated user data that we are required to delete. This includes:
- Account/profile information & credentials
- Uploaded files, media, and Cloudflare Stream objects
- Channels, channel memberships, and posts
- Associated watch history, notifications, and settings
What may be retained?
Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, prevent fraud or abuse, protect security, resolve disputes, enforce our policies, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Any retained information will be handled according to the Cloudlynk Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Google Play Subscription Notice: Deleting your Cloudlynk account does not necessarily cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you have an active Premium subscription purchased through Google Play, cancel it separately through your Google Play subscription settings to prevent future renewal.
